i live in country side. i looked up the beetles up in a book i had.
they burrow into the carcasses of dead animals and have small white parasites in them in wings or summit like that the parasites are 1mm big and they scurry out when u squish the beetle. is this just me.

it's the sexton beetle. i was attacked by one the other day and now they keep coming back!

the mites are nasty things eh?
