He does indeedbut it's pretty dull too. The man hasn't got a fraction of the charisma that Clinton has and that's half his problem.

Yep, the yanksdon't like anyone who seems too clever - makes the general populace nervous - you'd have thought they'd have LIKED having someone who knew what they were doing in charge of the country.
