the stubble is created by
Select area
darken using brightnest contrast
Add noise
sharpen
touch up using dodge and burn

Earing and hair
removed via clone tool

Eyebrow
copy and paste eyebrow
transform
3% erase to adjust shape
burn to add shadow underneath

Eye (nightmare)
pixel by pixel reduce thicknes of eyelashes (not very succesful)
decrease mascrara and length of eyelashes via clone tool

Lips
selected then used colour balance to reduce lipstick colour

Chin cleft
small brush burn 3%
