PremiereI am rather new to the Movie stuff. I got a copy of premiere given to me but havent installed it yet. Is this the program that enables you to creat mov. and mpg files for viewing. Sorry I know you're not Adobe but you guys are obviously more experienced in this field than I.

YupPremiere is a digital video editing package- I honestly couldn't tell you if there's anything better as it's the only one I've used, but it seems to be pretty much the standard for desktop use. Timeline format should be fairly familiar to most people, easy to use, works ok, takes forever to process. Is that any help?

Yeah greatthats cool as milk ta. ONe thing tho, is the main movie part of it required for you to download images from camera into PC? Sorry I should just go and have a look but I got some movie clips I want to convert to mov and wondered if Premiere was specifically for this stuff or if it was for animation.
