I pass that quite often.Originally it was just the 'why do I do this...' but it has been added to over the past year or so to the point that it has lost some of its original impact.
It's still quite impressive though.
The only time you can read all of it is when the traffic for the M25 is backed all the way up and you can crawl past it.
