# that is really good!
324k is rather too big to post directly on the board though - perhaps you could reduce the colours, increase lossiness an if all else fails, reduce image dimensions to reduce the file size?

# there should be a little window that says 'Optimize' on the tab
in my copy, it's sitting in the top right hand corner of the main window, which is probably default.

on it, you can change the number of colours used, set a lossiness percentage, switch dithering on and off, set transparency and other types of optimization thingies.

# at 20% lossy, 64 colours

it doesn't look too bad, and it's down to 150k (a reasonable maximum to aim at).
