# just for future reference as this pic is a nice size
when gifs wobble like that that they become much larger. if you keep static elements static the images stay much smaller andyou can fit in more wooness

did you use? I've had a similar problem in the GIMP before, which I could help with if that's what you're using

edit - doh - just realised you mentioned flash!
