1st houseshare after UNIStraight after UNI, with all of us on the dole, I moved in with a boy and a girl and her brother Paul. My best mate used to come round and play guitar for hours on end with Paul. This was despite the fact that neither of them of could play guitar. Instead, frenzied feedback sessions going on into the wee hours were the norm. This led to a nervous breakdown for the other boy in the house, who is now quite sane and a very pleasent accountant to boot.
The girl in the house used to pour salt around her bed every night to stop the slugs getting to her bed.
And she lived upstairs.
One day we were burgled. The police came round and started dusting a windowledge for fingerprints when they asked if we had been burgled about 6 months beforehand. We said we had only moved in a few months ago and how did they know we were burgled?
They said the fingerprint dust from the last burglary was still there on the windowledge.

my house matewent on about the cleaning cycle that goes on in her house for 4 hours - yes 4 hours. I missed both football matches yesterday AND the highlights. I dont even think that she stopped to take a breath. Seriously.
