for drinking newbies - or anyone not au fait with drinking tricks.

Order a Baileys and a glass of lime juice from the bar.

Get newbie to hold Baileys in their mouth. The get them to pour lime juice onto Baileys. Get them to "swill it round" their mouth

Enjoy look on face as Baileys curdles and they realise they have some odd tasting creamy solids in their mouth they can chew. Ho Ho!
