i'm using an xbox running linux as a movie/music player at the moment.

I had a look there but the ITX stuff

is all C3/EDEN/Transmete stuff - which are great for power economy/sound levels - but as I already have the 1700+ I don't really want to change to a lesser chip if I can help it

your best bet might just be to go atx if you want fast/compact.

I mentioned it to my mum (for it is for her) and she was keen on the lego idea, easy to put a new drive bay in I guess

I have all my childhood lego in a sack somewhere - it's ment for my nephew - but this seems more worthy
