I heard The Pistols on John Peel......in late '76 and was utterly hooked. I was 10, but it was like stepping on a musical landmine. By 1980 I was in my first punk band, dabbing whizz and watching The Damned, The Clash, Discharge, etc.

Same here . . .To us Punk was hanging around in the local graveyard drinking Bulmers cider (it was the cheapest) . . . then Goth happened and suddenly we were all at The Catacombs drinking Snakebite and black . . .
