Are you sure you are usingthe correct url for your pic? I tried looking at it directly and there doesn't seem to be anything there.
One little tip for you is that you can edit an existing post if you didn't quite do things right - there is no need to post a new message each time.
Also, there is a preview function whenever you post, so you can check things are working before you actually commit your post to the board.
