rule of thumb for NSFW isif it looks like porn from a boss-distance away, it's NSFW.
even if it's a clever illusion, or technically just a bunny in a tree.
conversely, if a boss or colleague has to really come up and study the image for awhile before he sees the naughty bits, then it technically is SFW.
