Here's another one'handwritten' 'signs' seem to make more and more incorrect use 'of' inverted 'commas'. Anyone else notice this?

all punctuation is easy to use properly.But until the majority of people start caring about it, it won't happen.
The NetworkQ near us has big stickers in the window saying :Vectra's and Corsa's
