# If you've read cal's stuff about colour blindness
you might want to get a Photoshop plug-in colour blindness simulator here

# I once found a website
where you can give it a URL and it'll render the page in a variety of different colour blindness tints as a great big bitmap.
Handy for seeing how your page really looks.

Unfortunately I lost the URL. Anyone know what I'm going on about?

# to answer my own question...
the URL is www.vischeck.com and it only simulates Deuteranope (a form of red/green color deficit) colour-blindness.

b3ta as an example

Seems I was wrong about the 'great big bitmap' bit too. Curse my memory and it's fact altering ways.
