how do you do them vector things??I want to get my picture done, but I'm silly and cant do it.

It wasn't done by hand......it's a cheap little Photoshop trick that I recently discovered and am quite fond of (go to Filter/Artistic/Cutout and play with the settings). I've been informed that to do proper vector images, you need patience. Fuck that.
