Can I just have a jack of this thread?

In flash, I have a still frame that I want to make last for 3 seconds. How do I do this without making 72 identical frames?

If so, take it into imageready or suchlike, delete 71 frames and make the first one last for 3 seconds

If you're keeping it as a flash file, it doesn't matter
