GB Cam is awesomeI use that one in performances! But mainly for the sound effects. I mainly use nanoloop now. I can only seem to get two measures with the GB cam, and do a little fiddly bit with the sequencer where you change a single note between loops.
Actually got my start doing picture mashups with the gameboy camera, though.
