on a quick and easy way to do it (without buying a SECOND 120Gb drive?)

is the only thing i can think of.
also partition the drive into smaller parts that way you just move it to a different partition

back-up what you want onto CD/another drive

boot up from floppy (with Win startup disk or other good proggie thing)

Then

format c: /y
