its really not that bad
the umidity is worse than the heat, plus my semi-nocturnal lifestyle helps. i did get fucking burnt badly earlier this summer, but that was from being out on the roof of a boat all day long. i have built up a pretty good resistance to the sun.

the great thing is it lasts all the live long day. Put it on in the morning (in a dark room obviously) wait about an hour then you can go out and the sun can't touch you! you only need to reapply it if you are swimming for a few hours (a quick dip won't wash it off). Life saver...
