I echo your response

but I thought I'd mention that your profile link site confuses me a bit.

I'm not sure exactly what it's against. I know Bush, but the bit about Bush using double negatives and move-on seem to be part of the problem too because they parodied ads and then bush parodied their parodies and now you want people to parody Bush's parodies of their parodies of Bush's ads to begin with????

I don't quite get the explanatory text is all :)

To be honest, neither do I.

I wrote it under pressure from Dan, and haven't been arsed to change it yet. It was originally just going to be a holding page for the edit that I'd done, then other people said they wanted to get involved. As you can see, the designs not really suited to what I'm going to use it for either.

I'll be sorting all this out when I get a day or evening when I'm not working or on a roof.

To actually answer your question, it's just trying to inform and get people involved a bit. There are some silly/funny ones to go up to balance out the serious/biting ones.

ok, I just thought that it's almost at the point where any of Bush's ads would be

I always suspected he was getting some bad advice,

but having images of yourself in the context of being compared to Hitler, on your own website, for any reason whatsoever is just ridiculous.

The thing that winds me up about the movie

is the bit at the end when it goes on about this 'not being the time for anger', or somesuch
