ermright click, save picture as and you can do it IE or Realplayer or Media player etc etc etc

okey dokey.........just save it as you would a normal picture
eg - right click and "Save Target As"
Open it in something like Fireworks (though you'll have to open the "frames" window so you can see each part) or a gif editor...... cant think of any at the mo though........ d'oh
*edit* thats if you want to open it for editing..... if you just want to view it just open it in Internet Explorer or something like matey above me just said"
