What format is your video in?You have some options here. If you have a .avi or .mov then you can port the clip straight into imageready. If you need to tidy up the clip first, you can use Virtualdub which is free.
If you have a .wmv, you'll need to convert it first. You can probably find something to do that at www.downloads.com
