Well Ford Prefect is gonna be black to start with.......(played by Mos Def apparently?!?!?) but other than that Douglas had a very big hand in it's design and pre-production stages, before he upped sticks and died anyway, then the project was put on hold for a while but now it's all going ahead smoothly. Filming has finished and now it's all post production stuff.

Hmm...
No, the project was put on hold when he died.It was started up again at the request of his family after a suitable mourning period. It really is what he would have wanted.
