windows 98 se, and the firefox browser with all major plugins.

# try this...
find plom.swf in your cache (use search of C:) Then drag a copy to your desktop. Then open a browser window and drag and drop the flash file onto the open window. If that doesn't work, then you either don't have the plugin or your security settings are a bit too high.
