Do you leave your toast sit aroundfor awhile before eating it? I always use the toaster and then just eat it. I guess I understand though. If you get busy and your toast lays flat, the bottom gets soggy.

I'm with you...in fact the only places I ever see toast racks are in hotels... presumably because they do leave it around a while before you get it.
