there'sa lot of talk about the day shift, and I'll post most stuff round nine (thats around eight in your part of the world).
But just as your .sig says.. The best time is around 3 am. we should have some sort of extra time/space for us dudes that work then and just get ignored because people sleep or just do CDC (nothing wrong with that).
