To post an imageView the webpage it's on, right-click somewhere on the image and select 'Properties'.
In the dialog box select the URL (starting http://), right-click again and select 'Copy'.
In the 'Post a message' page on B3ta type
<img src="
Then press ctrl+v and finish off by typing

(so you might get <img src="http://www.blah.com/cool_pic.jpg">)
Press preview to see if it's worked.
