I have never met a group of people as accepting as b3tans. They constantly astonish me.
The joke is being 'prejudiced'. So few b3tans are, that it's funny enough to laugh at. Prejudice is so fully out of context, here. I find it an honor, in an obscure and magical way, to be able to joke about it.
beta is the antithesis of prejudice, which gives us a lot of leeway for humo[u]r.

Can this be added to the FAQ?
It all reminds me of when that 'goodness gracious me' show came out, and there was a huge public outcry with people saying that it 'discriminated against indians'. Strangely, the only people complaining were middle class white folk, and the Indian community loved it.
