Left click, move the mouse up, keep it clicked, don't move it. While the left button is still kept clicked, click the right mouse button, release both. As long as you don't move it, it will keep on going.
Stare at it's centre for a couple of rotations, and move the mouse slightly so that it stops. Now keep staring at the centre. Eyes go funny, picture distorts. Seizure possible.
