
.. and a hot bath before bed.. always works for back/neck strains

but I don't really go for baths before bed, I prefer them in the morning . . . anyhoo, I'd not slept well for 5 nights in a row, so I was too knackered to bath . . . I'd prolly fall asleep and awake at 3 am in freezing cold water . . .
