um um umif you`re using Linux, you should be able to use something like the no-ip client (www.noip.com) and one of their doofers that`ll let you use it
Telewest (where my mail goes - a mate`s machine) certainly is happy about it, and I believe BT OpenWorld (or whatever they`re called these days) will let you do it on a businss account; don`t know about a home account
