Make it with the grain, not the syrups and extracts.

More hassle, more mess, but 500x tastier and much more satisfying as you can experiment more. Just made my third batch of 'Biohazard' honey beer. mmm,

hmm,

small amounts might be nice. Some beers have fruit juicess added like passion fruit. I was toying with adding roast hazlenuts into a beer and calling it 'The squirrel's nuts'
