fuckin hell unlucky!i'm in the 'student' area of burley. but it's ok, i love leeds, i don't think i'll ever leave unless it's to work abroad. the nightlife, easy girls, cheap beer, good friends.... everything i need is here... :o)

It's not so bad here, this house was 24K 2 years agoit's worth 50k now, and you can STILL get em for about 20+. It's a scary
area, but it has it's plus points! I love Leeds mesen too, was in York
before and it's 'Yorkshire Metropolis' mentality drove me nuts. At least
it's got an unpretentious mentality round here and doesn't give you
London prices for half-arsed service! A new 3 bedroom 'Luxury
Apartment' in York can set you back a quarter of a million!
