Re: the answer.There's these internet commericals for some internet service, called "hi ho!", they're in Japanese but the words in the title of my pic's post just kinda sync with the begining of that little jingle in the commercials....as for the pic itself, ...I just...don't know WHERE I thought it up...or why!
