Yeps. Although I think it still only costs the vendors 50p, which is pleasing.I love the Big Issue, it's such a great idea.

A great idea,ruined by being shit.
If it was worth reading it'd be much better. As it is, they make an extra 50p out of me 'cos I have a look and then give it to another vendor.
