how will that help?are you teh image challenge god? and what's wrong with the old way of randomly suggesting stuff on a random, untimed, thread, which we then vote on later?

This, as far as I know (having looked at Frasers posts from yesterday on gc and seeing no vote)Is the way of voting for a new challenge. This weeks challenge is limited, and last weeks was a bit obvious so made most entries very poor (with some notable exceptions)
By having more people give ideas for a compo we can choose better one and have better posts.

Is there a list of compos that have already been done?I don't want to suggest anything similar to a past competition - and I haven't been here very long!
