This was combined wth zero booze n' fags tax. And 10% extra on NHS (for hangover research)

The whole point was/will be to be unemployedYou'd get £100 a week, a pint would be 10p and cigarettes about 70p.
If you insisted on working, basic rate was 35% and higher was 60%.
