it`s not actually, according to the weird way MS words the licenceit`s effectively tied to the motherboard, unless it`s a full unopened copy of the software - that`s why if you get cheap OEM copies, legally it has to be supplied with an 'essential' system component.. like a 2 quid piece of shit mouse
