I'd imagine it's hard to get all the frames matched up so well, especially with the jaw movement. Factor in how much stuff he dos and it seems pretty damn cool to me... :)

the frame matching up?there's no matching up to do.... you just take a webcam film of you turning your head and doing that mouth movement, then on each frame enlarge the mouth so it covers the whole face. nothing to it tbh...
