# Ha ha - borrowers are the bestest
Today I am having a manwich comprising ricotta, chilli jam, sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes in a granary bap, plus a cup of cinnamony type posh tea.

I won't be here tomorrow because I'm doing a live radio interview at the show I'm lecturing at in London.
