it isa computer image that uses mathmatical descriptions of paths and fills to define the graphic. It can be resized without loss of definition. Technically there has never been a vector image on b3ta because they can't be displayed.
You can however take the results of your vectored image and make a gif copy for publishing.
This is not a vector image as there have never been any paths or fils. This is a flat colour tracing.
