theres a little thing in MCE that makes a girl dance.it dances in time to whatever music your listening to, and changes her dancing styles to suit the genre.
its fucking lame.

Ah yes.I want a music only MCE thing.
Basicly a box with a couple of RAIDed 200Gig drives, a dvd/cd burner and a decnt sound card.
Just a really shit hot mp3 library really.
I'd be happy to use an ipod or whatever for the interface if necessary, but I'd like to be able to burn and rip as well as play and I have about 200Gig of music and I'd want it backed up.
Any ideas?

yes.im doing the same thing for my telly.
Im gonna build a Pentium D 2.8, with MCE, a Nvidia 6800, probably a gig of ram, digital tuner and probably two 250 gigs raided together.
I love being a computer technie, this entire thing will probably cost me less than a grand
EDIT: make sure u get the MCE remote. it fucking pwns.

I don't really like it,I have playeed with lots of MCEs, both 2004 and 2005 and I don't think I'll get one. The 10'UI just isn't me and if I'm up close then I might as well use the keyboard.
