That, my friend is a secret...Oh, go on then. Google Images can only go so far - it can't see all images and it doesn't know of many sites (or at least some sections, say hidden by frames, scripts etc.).
Fan pages are an absolute boon, but in this case, I got the image from R. Lee Ermey's official home page:
