load up pictures one at a time and make sure it isn't resizing your pictures. there was an faq for msn groups, but buggered if i can find it.

should be a clicky called "pictures" when you create your group

that it's resizing them - there's a checky box when you upload them one at a time that should fix that - i thought i had the same problem for a while too.
