i think you;d also needto decide on picture formats are going to be used
ie if both players have photoshop then psd's
or paint shop pro then psp's
i suppose at worse it would be jpgs, but that would make it more difficult to edit the opponents pic (but could be interesting)
if it were photoshop only it would kill off potential players, not everyone has it
