I managed to gettheir homepage to load, through the use of a human sacrifice and some lard on the cables to grease the electrons.
From there, I found the re-activation doohickey gizmo and it worked just like you said it would on the tin.
Now I need to put a date 90 days hence into my diary for the next fixering session.
