I've had some Beringher kit before (not guitar stuff though)In summary - slightly cheap feel (as you'd expect) 'not bad' quality, but usually great features.

I've got a Behringer mixerI'm very happy with it, very little noise.
Thinking about it, I've got a sample rate convertor from them which is a beauty.

My father's played through a couple, plus they're dirt cheap.But then he's a blues guitarist so he's not meant to use a bloody amp.
