ah, sorry, should have saidI have 'Spacky thumbs', therefore even games like goldeneye, a classic FPS of woo-ness, I am crap at and don't improve with practice.
It doesn't help that a friend of mine has anti-spack thumbs and once beat me and two other experienced players at a halo game (i.e. teams were 3 vs 1) without dying once. worst thing was it was capture the flag, and he did.
