I got over my jetlag simply by going to bed until I couldn't sleep anymore, then waking up and going to bed at a half-decent time. Kind of worked for me.. The staying awake thing just made me feel fucking awful

when I arrived over there, and it worked.

But this time I fell asleep on the plane back, and it's screwed me :)
